Erdogan and Abi Ahmed discuss bilateral relations and regional files


Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed discussed bilateral relations and several regional files of common interest.

This came in a telephone conversation that took place between them on Sunday, according to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Communication Department in the Turkish Presidency.

The statement indicated that Erdogan stressed, during the phone call, that Turkey attaches more importance to Ethiopia’s stability, and that Turkey will continue to provide all kinds of support to Ethiopia.
