The Turkish Foreign Ministry described the US report on human rights in the country as a false allegation.
According to the Anadolu news agency, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement:
“The American report on human rights violations in Turkey is incorrect and the allegations are false.”

On Tuesday, the US State Department accused Turkey of restricting freedoms and committing crimes against opponents, lawyers and immigrants, in a report on human rights in Turkey.
“There is no reason to repeat these allegations despite the denial,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
We disagree with what was stated in the American report on combating terrorism in Syria.
The report did not mention the terrorist activities of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units against the Syrians.
Their actions against the territorial integrity of Syria were also ignored.
