On Sunday, the Turkish capital, Ankara, hosted the 11th edition of the “Ataturk Cup” for cage birds.
The competition, organized by the Turkish Federation of Canaries and Cages, witnessed competitions in different categories between birds.

In his speech, Federation President Oguz Ozkaya said that 4,453 birds participated in the competitions that took place in 26 categories under the supervision of 44 international referees.
He pointed out the participation of many types of birds in the competitions, such as canaries of various types, parrots, lovebirds, sedges, and others.
At the end of the competition, the trophies were presented to the owners of the winning birds.
