King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia gave a message of support to the Palestinian people.
This is in response to the Israeli violence around the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem.
King Salman held a phone call with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to the official Saudi Press Agency.

During the exchange of congratulations on the occasion of Ramadan, the duo discussed current developments, in particular the Israeli attacks on Palestinians in East Jerusalem.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz said in the meeting, “Saudi Arabia strongly condemns Israel’s practices in Jerusalem and the acts of violence in the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
He affirmed that he would stand by the Palestinian people so that his country could obtain its legitimate rights.
