Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed on Friday the decision of the owner of the X platform, Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, to participate in the Teknofest aviation and space technology festival next year.
Erdogan re-published Musk’s post in which he explained that he would participate in the next edition of Teknofest and commented: “Dear Elon Musk, we will be very happy to see you next year at the largest aviation, space and technology festival in the world.”

He added: “I am confident that we will make great contributions to our country and to humanity in many fields through the cooperation that we will carry out in accordance with the principle of mutual profit.”
Earlier today, Musk said that he looks forward to personally participating in next year’s Teknofest festival and discussing more investment opportunities in Turkey.
