Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal as a delegate to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations.
According to the appointment decision published in the Official Gazette and signed by President Erdogan, the mission of the Special Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations, Feridun Hadi Sinirlioglu, was terminated in accordance with Article 4 of the Presidential Decree.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal was appointed as a delegate of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the Presidential Decree.
