Turkish Minister of Treasury and Finance Noureddine Nabatai met on Monday with the President of the Islamic Development Bank, Muhammad Al-Jasser.

This came on the sidelines of their participation in the 38th edition of the meeting of the Economic and Trade Ministerial Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, held in Istanbul on November 28 and 29.
Nabati said in a tweet on Twitter: “I met with the President of the Islamic Development Bank, Muhammad Al-Jasser, on the sidelines of the 38th edition of the meeting of the Ministerial Economic and Trade Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation held in Istanbul.”
He added that the meeting was very fruitful and during which gratitude was expressed for the close cooperation between Turkey and the Islamic Development Bank.

Nabati affirmed that Turkey will continue to provide support to the Islamic Development Bank, and stated that he discussed with Al-Jasser “the investment opportunities offered by Turkey’s strong economy.”
