Brussels.. Thousands of demonstrators protest against Corona restrictions

The Belgian capital, Brussels, witnessed thousands of protests against the restrictions imposed by the government, as part of the fight against the recent rise in Corona injuries.

Many protesters protested against government recommendations for vaccination and any moves to impose mandatory vaccination in the country, according to the American Associated Press.

Protesters lined up behind a huge banner that read “Together for Freedom”.

During the protests, which were to conclude outside the EU headquarters, smoke grenades and firecrackers were used.

Over the past several days, there have been protests in many European countries as one government after another has begun to tighten measures.

The Dutch police confirmed the injury of 5 of its members, while they arrested more than 30 demonstrators in the wake of the unrest in the city of “The Hague” (west).

In addition to other towns in the country for the second day in a row, according to the British newspaper, “The Guardian”.

And Saturday, the World Health Organization warned that about half a million new deaths from the Coronavirus may be recorded in Europe by next March unless urgent measures are taken.
