Foreign nationals who have completed their residence in Turkey and left the country or have been deported, will not be allowed to enter Turkey for 3 to 5 years under the following conditions:

Foreign nationals whose stay in Turkey has expired and who applied before leaving the country to be notified by the authorities, but did not pay the fine, will be banned from entering Turkey for a period of 3 months to 5 years.

Foreign nationals who have lived for up to three months and have not left the country or have been deported but have not left the country despite the authorities’ warning and the expiry of the deadline for their departure, will not be allowed to enter Turkey for a period of 3 months to 5 years.

Foreign nationals whose stay in Turkey has expired and their residency application has not been extended, regardless of paying a fine, if they do not apply to leave the country within the specified period, will be banned from entering Turkey for a period of 3 months to 5 years.
