On Wednesday, the Israeli occupation army began demolishing Palestinian homes in the village of “Hmseh al-Fouqa”, northeast of the occupied West Bank.
Moataz Bisharat, the (governmental) official in charge of the settlement file in the Tubas Governorate and the northern Jordan Valley, said that an Israeli military force stormed “Humsa al-Fouqa” in the northern Jordan Valley, and began the process of demolishing its homes.

He added that the forces have so far demolished three houses and confiscated their contents, noting that the demolition process is still ongoing.
Homes in Humsa al-Fawqa were subjected to four previous demolitions, the largest of which was in November 2020, when the Israeli authorities completely demolished the community.
meters al-Fawqa is one of 38 Bedouin villages, located partially or wholly within a field declared by Israel as a military shooting site.
Palestinian homes in the Jordan Valley are subjected to demolitions by the Israeli authorities, under the pretext of building without a permit.
