In a speech during the ceremony, Ersoy expressed his wishes that the protocol will benefit the tourism sector in Turkey and its workers.
He pointed out that the world is on the verge of returning to its normal course with slow, but confident steps, after a path fraught with great problems, which it took for a year and a half due to the epidemic.
“We started using the concept of returning to normalcy more and more comfortably,” he said.
But we must not ignore that the world has changed and is no longer the same as before, and we are beginning to see the emergence of new concepts and approaches, especially in tourism.”
He stressed that Turkey applies for the safe tourism program with sensitivity and discipline in every place from airports to tourist cars, cultural and artistic facilities, and parks.

And he added, “The site is an example of digital innovation in the world thanks to the quality of the content it provides, the diversity of its options, the large number of visitors, and the rate of satisfaction with it.”
He indicated that the site provides its services in ten different languages, especially Turkish and English, and an average of 6 million people visit it monthly.
