A suspect who allegedly propagandized for the PKK/KCK terrorist organization in Adana was sued and sentenced to up to 5 years in prison.
It was also found that the suspect had published leaflets supporting the armed terrorist organization, containing propaganda for the organization on social media, and then the investigation was completed.

The indictment prepared by the Public Prosecutor for “propaganda for a terrorist organization” regarding the suspect caught as a result of the investigation carried out in the 11th High Criminal Court in Adana was accepted.
In the evaluation section of the indictment, the suspects’ publications are reported to show the armed terrorist organization PKK/KCK, and their actions and methods are legitimate.
However, the defendant, whose defense was included in the indictment, denied the charges and demanded his acquittal.
The trial of the suspect, who was sentenced to up to 5 years in prison, will begin in the coming days.
