4 people were killed and 4 others were injured in an explosion targeting a car carrying civilians Thursday in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
Kabul police spokesman Ferdous Faramas confirmed in a press statement that a car carrying civilians was targeted by an explosion in Char area.

Faramaz explained that the bombing killed 4 people and wounded 4 others, expressing concern about the possibility of an increase in the number of deaths.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack until 11:30 GMT.
