Three fires broke out in southern Israel on Sunday, suspected to have been caused by incendiary balloons launched by activists from the Gaza Strip, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported.

And “incendiary balloons” are balloons attached to flammable materials, and the Palestinians began using them in May 2018 as a method of protest against the Israeli army’s attacks against them.
And Yedioth Ahronoth said on its website that 3 fires broke out in an area inside the Eshkol Regional Council in the Gaza envelope on Sunday afternoon, and it is suspected that they were caused by incendiary balloons launched from Gaza.
The newspaper pointed out that if it is confirmed that the fires were caused by incendiary balloons, these accidents would be the first of their kind in 3 weeks.
The newspaper did not say where the fires broke out, and whether or not they resulted in material damage or human losses.
