The number of passengers who used Istanbul airports for their transportation during the months of January and February of this year reached 15 million, 972 thousand and 93 passengers.
Data from the General Directorate of the Airports Operations Authority website showed that the number of passengers from Istanbul Airport during January and February 2023 amounted to 10 million, 768 thousand and 64 passengers.
According to the same data, the number of passengers via the external lines of the aforementioned airport reached 8,371,000, while passengers via the internal routes amounted to 2,397,000.

According to the same data, the number of passengers through Sabiha Airport on the Asian side of the city during the same period reached 5,204,292, including 2,727,519 through the airport’s external lines.
