The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Sunday that it will continue its efforts to prevent incidents that would cause permanent damage to the stability of the region and cause more conflicts at the global level.
This came in a statement by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday after the Iranian response with hundreds of marches and missiles against Israel against the backdrop of the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus being subjected at the beginning of this April to an Israeli missile attack that resulted in the killing of 7 members of the Revolutionary Guard.
The statement noted that “subsequent developments showed once again that events could quickly turn into a regional war.”
