On Friday, the Turkish Interior Ministry announced the neutralization of two PKK terrorists in the southeastern province of Sirnak.

The ministry said in a statement that the gendarmerie command carried out an operation backed by the air force in the “Gabar” mountain area in the Wilayat of Sirnak.
The statement stated that two terrorists from the terrorist organization had been neutralized within the framework of the “Arn 13” security operation, and indicated that the operation would continue in the region against the “PKK”.
Earlier today, the Interior Ministry announced the neutralization of a PKK terrorist as part of Operation AREN 14 in the southeastern province of Hakkari.
The Ministry of Interior launched a series of “ARN” operations against the terrorist organization on January 10 last.

It is noteworthy that the name “Arn” was given to these operations in relation to the Turkish young man, “Arn Bulbul”, who was martyred at the hands of PKK terrorists on August 11, 2017.
