Turkish “TIKA” provides food aid to orphans in Albania

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) provided food aid to families of orphaned children in Albania.

The distribution ceremony took place in a sports hall in the capital, Tirana, on Wednesday, with the participation of the Turkish Ambassador to Albania, Pilot Kacan Atay, and TIKA’s business coordinator, Mustafa Atta.

Atay said in a speech during the event, “The month of Ramadan is a special period that brings brothers together side by side.”

He added that food parcels will be distributed to 900 needy families today.

He explained that the total number of parcels that will be distributed in different regions of the country will reach 3,500 parcels.
