Turkish Parliament Speaker Mustafa Sentop congratulated the Republic of Bangladesh on its National Day.
He sent a congratulatory message on this occasion to the Speaker of the Parliament of Bangladesh, Shirin Sharman Chowdhury.

Sentop said in his message: “On my own behalf and on behalf of the members of the Turkish Parliament, I congratulate the Republic of Bangladesh on its National Day.”
The Turkish Parliament Speaker expressed his confidence that our bilateral relations have developed on the basis of historical friendship and brotherhood.
The common human and cultural values between the two countries will be further enhanced through parliamentary visits and contacts which they will intensify with joint efforts.
And he added, “With these sentiments, I convey my best wishes to the friendly and brotherly people of Bangladesh, and I wish health, peace, prosperity and success to you and the honorable members of the Bangladesh Assembly.”
