Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu plans to visit Greece on May 30-31.
And the Foreign Ministry announced in a statement Thursday that Çavuşoğlu’s visit comes at the invitation of his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias.

She explained that Minister Çavuşoğlu will visit Western Thrace on May 30th before heading to the capital, Athens.
Also, Western Thrace, located in northeastern Greece near the border with Turkey, is home to an ancient Turkish minority with a population of about 150,000 people.
