He continued: “Young people’s interest in technology, along with government investments in infrastructure and institutions’ orientation towards digital transformation, provide great opportunities for companies that develop the region’s economy.”

He also explained that “KoçSistem” supports Turkey’s economic renaissance through local technology and demonstrates its presence in the region through its offices and export activities.

For his part, SBM CEO Essam Al-Shiha confirmed that they are committed to empowering companies and institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through transformative technological solutions.

He stressed that the strategic partnership with the Turkish company “KoçSistem” represents a milestone in this path.

“KoçSistem’s deep knowledge of the region combined with SBM’s local capabilities will make a difference in the areas of AI, cloud computing and managed services, enabling us to create greater technological innovation and lasting value together,” he added.

Cloud computing is the provision of IT resources on demand over the internet with cost-per-use pricing. Instead of purchasing, owning and maintaining physical data centers and servers, technology services can be accessed and utilized through a cloud service provider.

Managed services are an approach to managing IT services that takes into account the business processes implemented and the business value delivered.
