Turkish astronaut Tuva Cihangir Atasever said on Saturday that “the suffering of the Palestinian people is not compatible with our beautiful planet, and I carried the keffiyeh to express that.”
This came in statements he made after completing his suborbital flight and landing on Earth.
The Turkish astronaut described his flight as “very successful and achieved all its goals from the perspective of scientific experiments.”
