Turkey’s exports to Libya exceeded $2 billion during the period from January to the end of October of this year.

According to figures from the Turkish Exporters Council, Turkish exports to Libya during the mentioned period increased by 3.3 percent compared to the same period last year.
The value of Turkish exports to Libya during the first ten months of this year amounted to 2 billion and 24 million dollars.
The head of the Turkish-Libyan Business Council, Morteza Kronfol, indicated that there is greater potential to increase Turkish exports to Libya.

He added that grain products, pulses, furniture, textiles and ready-made clothes came at the forefront of the goods Turkey exported to Libya during the first ten months of 2022.
He continued, “The rapprochement in political relations positively affects our trade and investment relations, and I believe that the agreements concluded between the two countries will have an important role in our trade and investment relations, and I hope that these agreements will have positive repercussions soon.”
The value of Turkey’s total exports during the first ten months of this year amounted to $209.5 billion, an increase of 15 percent compared to the same period last year.

Last October, the value of Turkish exports amounted to $21.3 billion, an increase of 3 percent compared to the same month last year.
