On Saturday, the Turkish authorities rescued 39 asylum seekers who were forced by Greece to return to the Turkish territorial waters off the coast of Eden in the southwest of the country.
The Turkish teams also headed off the coast of the Gosh Adasi region, after receiving a report that there was a boat containing a group of asylum seekers.

He added that the coast guard forces rescued 39 asylum seekers who were returned by Greece to Turkish waters, and explained that the asylum seekers were transferred to the Directorate of Migration in the state.
