Turkey attracted $9.6 billion in international direct investments in the first 11 months of last year.
According to the “International Direct Investment Bulletin in Figures” published by the International Investors Association (YASED) in Turkey on Monday.
The volume of foreign direct investment entering Turkey during the period January-November of last year amounted to $9.6 billion.
While the total value of foreign direct investments since 2002 exceeded $273 billion, according to the same source.
Investment capital flows increased by 9 percent during the first 11 months of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, reaching $5.5 billion.
The European Union countries ranked first in terms of investment capital flows to Turkey, with 58 percent during the first 11 months of 2024.
