The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced its happiness at reaching an agreement between the Chairman of the Sovereign Council in Sudan, Major General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, and Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok.

The ministry’s statement stated the following: “We are pleased that the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council in Sudan, Major General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.
And Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok agreed to return to the transition process within the framework of the constitutional declaration and to re-appointment of Prime Minister Hamdok.”
In this sensitive process that Sudan is going through, all the Sudanese people, “We stress the importance of taking into account the aspirations of the people of our country and maintaining peace and stability in the country.
