Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that those responsible for “brutality” in the Gaza Strip will sooner or later be held accountable before international law, just as happened in Srebrenica, Bosnia.
This came in a video message on Thursday on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the “genocide” in Bosnian Srebrenica.
He stressed that the Palestinian people “are being exposed today in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories to brutality similar to what Srebrenica witnessed 29 years ago.”
He added that international institutions and organizations “are content to watch the killing of about 40,000 innocent people, including 16,000 children (in Gaza), just as they did 29 years ago in Srebrenica.”
