Sudanese Foreign Undersecretary Hussein Al-Amin said that the meeting “discussed the course of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance, develop, and strengthen them in various fields, as well as the development projects that Turkey intends to implement in Sudan in the coming period.”

He explained that Al-Burhan “praised Turkey’s supportive stances for Sudan in international and regional forums.” For his part, the Turkish ambassador, according to the statement, expressed his deep appreciation for the level of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Yildiz reiterated Turkey’s firm and supportive stance for Sudan in regional and international forums, and its commitment to its stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, according to the same source.
