The ready-made garments and accessories sector in Turkey achieved the highest export value ever during the first 9 months of this year.

Recent data from the Turkish Exporters Council showed that the value of the sector’s exports during the mentioned period amounted to 16 billion and 172 million dollars.
According to the data, the value of Turkish exports of ready-made clothes and accessories increased by 9.3 percent.
This is the highest value recorded by the sector’s exports in Turkey during the period between January and September.

Germany ranked first among the countries importing the sector’s products with a value of 2.8 billion dollars, followed by Spain with two billion dollars and the United Kingdom with 1.6 billion dollars.
