Istanbul Stock Exchange closed its trading, up 0.44 percent to reach 1.615.64 points at the end of trading on Tuesday, achieving a record.
The market index (Istanbul Stock Exchange) increased by 7.10 points compared to the previous close, with the total volume of transactions amounting to 34.6 billion Turkish liras.

The sports sector achieved the largest gains among the sectors indices in the stock market, as it rose 4.67 percent.
The banking sector index declined 0.90 percent, and the holding companies index rose 0.99 percent.
