Turkish security forces arrested 46 people in a security operation against the terrorist organization ISIS in 4 provinces, including Istanbul. It was reported on Tuesday that within the framework of investigations conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, 47 suspects working for the terrorist organization ISIS were identified.
The investigations revealed that the suspects were involved in activities supporting individuals linked to the terrorist organization operating in conflict zones, and arrest warrants were issued against them.
Accordingly, Turkish security forces launched operations in 4 provinces, including Istanbul, which resulted in the arrest of 46 suspects, while the search for the latter is still ongoing.
