The Turkish Consulate General in Syria’s second largest city Aleppo has resumed operations after 13 years and the Turkish flag has been raised.
Visa and passport procedures will be carried out at the Turkish Consulate General in Aleppo after it stopped providing services in July 2012 due to the war in Syria.
