Turkey’s exports to G20 countries approach $100 billion

Turkey’s exports to G20 countries increased by 37 percent to reach nearly $100 billion last year.

According to the data, Turkish exports increased by 37 percent in the last five years.

Turkey exported products worth $71 billion and 197 million to G20 countries in 2019.

Its exports to these countries declined during the Corona pandemic, reaching $68 billion and 789 million in 2020, and $86 billion and 780 million in 2021.

In 2022, Turkey exported products worth $97 billion and 322 million to G20 countries.

Last year, Turkey’s exports amounted to $97 billion and 249 million.

In the first nine months of 2024, Turkey’s exports to G20 countries amounted to $73 billion and 889 million.

The G20 summit will begin in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro on Monday, with the participation of leaders of the majority of member states, heads of government and international institutions, and will continue until Tuesday, “under the slogan “Building a just world and a sustainable planet.”
