43 Turkish contracting companies have taken their place among the top 250 international contracting companies according to the American magazine “Engineering News-Record”.
A statement issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade on Sunday stated that “Engineering News-Record” magazine published a list of the top 250 international contracting companies.
China ranked first with 81 companies, while Turkey came in second with 43 companies.
The international revenues of the 43 Turkish contracting companies amounted to about $18.5 billion in 2023.
The share of Turkish contracting companies’ revenues in the total revenues of the companies listed was estimated at 3.7 percent.
Thus, the Turkish contracting sector ranked 8th in the world in terms of revenues, ahead of Britain, the Netherlands, Germany and Japan.
China also ranked first in terms of revenues with $122.9 billion.
