The Turkish automobile industry recorded exports of about 17 billion 701 million 161 thousand dollars during the first half of this year.
Data from the Uludag Association of Automotive Industry Exporters showed that Germany, France, Britain, Italy and Spain accounted for 52.78 percent of the exports of the Turkish automobile industry sector.
Germany topped the list with two billion and 435 million and 115 thousand dollars, followed by France with two billion and 72 million and 401 thousand dollars.
Britain came in third place with 1 billion 939 million 455 thousand dollars, then Italy with 1 billion 663 million 721 thousand dollars, followed by Spain with 1 billion 232 million 648 thousand dollars.
