Croatian President Zoran Milanovic on Thursday received his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in an official ceremony in Zagreb.
The reception ceremony was held at the Croatian presidential palace and began with the playing of the two national anthems.

Erdogan saluted the guard of honor and then took souvenir photos with his Croatian counterpart, and they presented each other with their government delegation.
The Turkish president is accompanied on his visit by his wife, Emine Erdogan, Foreign Ministers Mevlut Cavusoglu, Interior Suleyman Soylu, Defense Hulusi Akar, Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, Agriculture and Forestry Vahid Kirishci, Trade Mehmet Muş, Transport and Infrastructure Adil Kara Ismailoglu.
The delegation also includes Head of Religious Affairs Ali Erbash, Head of the Communication Department at the Presidency of the Republic, Fakhruddin Altun, Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin, and Head of the Defense Industries Authority Ismail Demir.
After the reception ceremony was concluded, the closed bilateral meeting between Milanovic and Erdogan began.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Erdogan arrived in Croatia from Serbia, the second leg of his Balkan tour, which started on Tuesday from Bosnia and Herzegovina and will continue between September 6 and 8, according to the Turkish Presidency Communication Department.
