A report issued by the Airport Operations Corporation in Turkey showed that the number of air transport users in their movements is expected to rise during the next year to 216.6 million passengers.

The report indicated that it is expected that the percentage of passengers who use air transportation in their movements during the next year will increase by 68 percent compared to 2021.
It stated that the passengers who used air transportation in their movements during the past year amounted to 128 million and 565 thousand and 706 passengers.
It is also expected, according to the report, that the number of passengers who use air transportation in their movements during the current year 2022 will reach about 193 million and 278 thousand.

It is also expected that the number of domestic and foreign flights during the next year will reach 2,214,445 flights.
