The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the neutralization of five PKK/YPG terrorists while they were trying to launch an attack on the Operation Peace Spring area liberated from terrorism in northern Syria.
The ministry confirmed in a statement on Saturday that the Turkish forces continue to launch strikes against terrorists in northern Syria.

It said, “The heroes of the Turkish forces neutralized 5 terrorists of the YPG/PKK organization who were preparing to launch attacks on the Operation Peace Spring area.”
Turkey was able to purify the cities of “Tal Abyad” and “Ras al-Ain” from the terrorist “YPG/PKK” organization through the “Peace Spring” operation that it carried out in October 2019.
