Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Yavuz Selim Qiran announced that his country has reached an agreement with the European Union countries on the mutual recognition of the vaccine certificate.

With the aim of removing restrictions imposed on mutual travel due to the consequences of the Coronavirus.
And he said in a tweet via Twitter on Saturday that Turkish citizens and citizens of EU countries who have a certificate of obtaining the vaccine will be able to travel between the two sides without undergoing quarantine procedures and virus tests.
He explained that Ankara also reached a similar agreement with 12 other countries around the world.
They are Albania, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Palestine, Morocco, Georgia, Switzerland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, and Greece.

He pointed out that the mutual recognition of the Corona vaccine certificate will have a significant positive impact on facilitating travel and movement procedures for Turkish citizens.
Qiran pointed out that this agreement comes as a result of the efforts and continuous work of Turkish diplomacy.
