Turkish Airlines carried 8.3 million passengers in July with an occupancy rate of 85.2 percent.
The company said in a statement on Friday that the total number of passengers in July decreased by 2.6 percent to 8.3 million, while this number was 8.6 million in July last year.
The company explained that passengers on international routes increased by 6.8 percent to 2.9 million, while this number was 2.7 million in July last year.
It indicated that the number of passengers during the first 7 months of this year reached 48.9 million, an increase of 3.5 percent compared to the same period last year.
It pointed out that its fleet at the end of July reached 458 aircraft.
