On Wednesday, Turkish security forces arrested 120 irregular migrants on Istiklal Street in Istanbul.

Based on information from the Security Directorate, security forces checked foreign nationals’ documents such as visa violations, illegal entry, and travel permits in the area.
He added that 120 immigrants were arrested for entering the country illegally and without the legal right to residency.

The immigrants were taken to the Aliens Removal Center where they are due to be handed over to the state’s immigration department after completing legal procedures.
