  • 500 gr cubed lamb meat 
  • 3 onion 
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper
  • Skewers
  • Butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of mint
  • 4 medium sized pita bread
  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 120 gr of butter
  • 1 tablespoon hot red pepper
  • Yoghurt
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation of the Yogurt Kebab Recipe:

  1. Add the cubed lamb, onion, salt and pepper into a bowl and knead by hand
  2. Pass the meat into the skewers and prepare kebab
  3. Heat the butter in a pot
  4. Add the dried mint into the melted butter and the pita bread you cut.
  5. After the pita bread is cooked in the butter, place them in a separate place.
  6. Add olive oil, tomato paste and hot water into another pot.
  7. After preparing the tomato sauce, remove the pot from the stove.
  8. Add butter and chili powder in a new saucepan and mix.
  9. Mix yogurt, garlic and salt in a separate bowl
  10. Add olive oil and heat it in a cast iron pot
  11. Put the diced meat on the heated oil.
  12. After the meat is cooked, remove the grill pan from the stove.
  13. Place pita bread on a serving plate first
  14. Pour the mixture with yogurt, with grilled meat, and finally the tomato sauce.
