The Palestinian Prisoners Club said on Friday that it had recorded 90 arrests carried out by the Israeli occupation forces during 4 days in the West Bank.
The club said in a brief statement that the arrests “has taken place in various areas of the West Bank” without further details.
The pace of arrests of Palestinian citizens has increased following the recent Israeli escalation in the various Palestinian territories.
On April 13, the situation in Palestine erupted as a result of Israeli “brutal” attacks in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
The escalation extended to the West Bank and the Arab areas inside Israel, then turned into a military confrontation in Gaza that lasted for 11 days, and ended with a ceasefire, at dawn on May 21.
