Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş stressed on Thursday the need to intensify efforts to isolate the “Zionist entity.”

He also isolated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his “gang” to ensure the unity of Islamic countries and strengthen the humanitarian front for Palestine.

This came during Kurtulmuş’s reception of the Chairman of the Kuwaiti-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Group, Muhammad Hayef Al-Mutairi, and his accompanying delegation at the headquarters of the Turkish Parliament.

Kurtulmuş pointed out that the peoples of Türkiye and Kuwait are friendly and brotherly people in all respects.

He added, “We are pleased that the friendship groups in both parliaments are working to increase their contacts to improve relations between the two countries.”

He also said that he attaches importance to increasing, developing and strengthening relations in all fields with Kuwait, especially between the Turkish Parliament and the Kuwaiti National Assembly.

He stressed the need to provide urgent aid to the people of Gaza and reach a ceasefire simultaneously.

Kurtulmuş said that a new period of struggle has begun regarding the Palestinian issue and will continue for decades from now on.

He stressed the need to “intensify efforts to isolate the Zionist entity, Netanyahu and his gang, to ensure the unity of Islamic countries and to strengthen the humanitarian front for Palestine.”

For his part, Al-Mutairi expressed his appreciation for Turkey’s political position on Islamic issues, thanking its position on the Palestinian issue.

Al-Mutairi said that they want to increase cooperation between Islamic countries and attach importance to relations with Turkey in all fields, especially in the economic field.

He stated that they want to see more presence of Turkish investors in Kuwait.

Al-Mutairi called for the establishment of an Islamic market where experiences can be exchanged between Islamic countries.
