The US denies its alleged role in the Kazakhstan uprising and claims that the unnamed “Russians” have wrongly accused Washington of fomenting the unrest.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Wednesday that the White House is monitoring protests in Kazakhstan and is supporting protesters to express themselves peacefully and that the authorities act with restraint.

“There are some crazy Russian allegations,” said Psaki, who denied allegations that the United States was behind the events.

Psaki did not reveal who claimed the American role in the unrest in Kazakhstan, and Russia did not include the United States in the statements.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said it was closely monitoring the protests and calling for a peaceful solution.

The Kremlin warned against foreign interference in the conflict and said that Kazakhstan could address its problems. None of the statements mentioned the United States.
