Ingredients for Potato Kebab Recipe
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
- 1 egg
For Potatoes:
- 4 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 cups of water
How to Make The Potato Kebab Recipe?
- First, let’s prepare the meat. Put all the ingredients necessary for the dumplings in a deep bowl and knead nicely, until all the ingredients are intertwined. Shape the dumpling mortar you prepared and leave it to rest on one side.
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into rings. Pour the olive oil over them, sprinkle red pepper and grate the garlic. Mix it gently with your hands.
