“Called with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, I am grateful to Turkey for hosting the next round of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia,” Kuleba said in a tweet.

“I hope that these negotiations under the leadership of Turkish mediation will achieve results that serve the interests of peace in Ukraine and our security,” he added.

It is planned that the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will hold a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, in Istanbul, as part of the ongoing negotiations between the two sides.

On Sunday, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin agreed that Istanbul would host the next meeting of the negotiations of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations.
