Istanbul..the World Halal Summit is gaining increasing attention

World Halal Summit Coordinator Eileen Shungul said that the summit has become a well-known event that attracts the interest of investors from all over the world.

The work of the eighth edition of the “Expo” exhibition for halal products continues at the Istanbul Convention Center.

And the “Seventh World Halal Summit” of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which kicked off on Thursday.

The summit and the exhibition are organized in cooperation with the Islamic Center for the Development of Trade (ICDT).

In addition to the Institute of Islamic Countries for Standardization and Metrology “SMIIC” is sponsored by Anadolu Agency as a global media partner.

In her speech during the summit, Shungul explained that participants from 35 countries are promoting products in the exhibition.

She noted that delegations from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Qatar are holding their meetings at the exhibition.

She added, “More than 20 projects are being promoted that are of interest to investors from all over the world.”

He continued, “The International Chefs Championship competition is held with the participation of chefs from 10 countries.”

It is planned to continue the activities of the summit and the exhibition, which will be attended by many companies from dozens of countries.

And this is until November 28, at the Istanbul Exhibition Center.

The exhibition, which is the largest of its kind in the world in the field of halal products, witnesses meetings between hundreds of sales delegations coming from different countries.

As well as marketing and commercial meetings in a move aimed at strengthening the position of the halal sector in the world.

The Halal Certification Foundation of the Turkish Ministry of Trade will also participate in the exhibition, which has a special platform.
