The Turkish industrial sector continues to record export records this year, despite the supply problems of raw materials resulting from the global energy crisis.

According to data, Turkish industry exports during the eight months of this year amounted to 123 billion and 54 million dollars.
The value of the mentioned exports is the highest level in the industry sector at all, driven by an increase in sales at a rate of 15.9 percent compared to the same period last year.
The share of industrial exports, which includes textiles, chemicals, electronics, machinery and steel, of Turkey’s total exports amounted to 74.3 percent.

It is noteworthy that the total Turkish exports last August amounted to 21.3 billion dollars, which is the highest export figure for the month of August ever.
