The Turkish Consul General in Mosul, Mehmet Küçük Sakli, participated in voting for the best images of the Turkish Anadolu Agency for the year 2021.

The Turkish diplomat voted for a group of photos taken by Anatolian photographers inside Turkey and around the world in 3 categories: news, life, and sports.
After browsing the photos, “Kuchuk Sakli” chose in the “News” category a photo entitled “Escape from the Fire” by photographer Mustafa Cefji.
And for “life” he chose the picture “life in the landfill” by photographer Muhammad Shajahan, and for sports, he voted for the picture of “the hero, Mata Ghazouz” by photographer Ali Atmaja.
The Turkish diplomat expressed his happiness at participating in the vote to choose the image of the year.

On December 1, the Anatolia News Agency opened the door to vote to choose the image of the year from among the distinguished images taken by its photographers around the world throughout the year 2021.
The audience can choose from 67 filtered photos in 3 categories, “News”, “Life” and “Sports”, taken by the agency’s photographers in different parts of the world.
Voting continues until December 31, through the links “aa.com.tr/yilinfotograflari” and “aa.com.tr/photooftheyear“.

And last year, 394,624 people participated in the voting process to choose the best image of Anatolia.
